Marisa + Adam’s downtown Wilmington, NC wedding took place Friday, May 17th on a gorgeous spring day! I always love being a part of my clients most special moments. When the weather is perfect, the venue is beautiful and the couple is stellar, it makes for some fantastic photographic memories.

The bride chose The Cottage On Orange for her Bridal Suite. The house dates back to the 1870’s! It was a former physicians office and is a beautiful and private location to prep for the ceremony! I love the light and charm of this restored historic space and it also provides an intimate spot for a few special shots of the bride and groom pre-ceremony.

The wedding ceremony was held at the gorgeous Bakery 105 venue. The structure was built circa late-1930s to early-1940s and is a great example of mid-century industrial architecture! Ceremony and reception flowers were created by Fiore Fine Flowers. I loved the simple and elegant arrangements they created for this wedding.

Marisa + Adam’s military wedding was filled with personal details and they were a dream to photograph!
